Podcasts…Esta é a cena do momento!
Nunca fui muito de ouvir podcasts nem de
pensar em começar, mas à pouco tempo isso mudou, toda a gente fala deles e eu não
queria ficar de fora de todas as conversas sobre podcasts. Comecei a ouvir o
meu primeiro podcast na semana passada, estou viciada…adoro…é uma ótima forma
de começar o dia, de acompanhar a pausa do café, enquanto se almoça, ou mesmo
durante aquela corrida que é suposto fazer todos os dias.
Existem milhares de podcasts no momento,
todos com diferentes temas, podem escolher podcasts relacionados com comedia,
com beleza, sobre o estilo de vida em geral ou mesmo sobre política. Aqui a
questão é que são uma enorme fonte de inspiração, é incrível como nos vicia
desde o primeiro episódio.
Estes são os meus favoritos no momento…tenham
em atenção que apenas comecei nesta vida dos podcasts na semana passada e por
isso ainda não ouvi todos os que queria, mas estes dois são fantásticos.

"At
Home With..." este podcast é tão bom, já sigo o trabalho da Lily e da Anna
há algum tempo, quando soube que iam ter um podcast em conjunto gostei da
ideia, mas nunca tinha começado a ouvir. Bem eu estava errada…é muito bom, elas
vão a casa dos convidados daquele episodio e simplesmente conversam sobre a
vida. Têm convidados tão bons, desde Lisa Eldrigde até Terry De Gunzburg.
Adorei.

Este é daqueles podcasts que te deixa de
boca aberta, é tão interessante, a Estée conversa sobre as suas experiências e
os seus pontos de vista face a vários assuntos, como o titulo indica, o objetivo
é mesmo chegar ao fundo da questão. E interessante ouvi-la falar sobre as suas experiências
e qual a sua posição relativamente a alguns assuntos mais sensíveis. É
inspirador ouvir, vais poder ouvir falar sobre Protesto e Feminismo, que até ao
momento foram os meus episódios favoritos.

Podcasts...This is the new thing!
I've never been a podcast girl myself but at some point, I just
decided to give them a go, I mean everyone was talking about the latest amazing
podcast and I wanted to be a part of the conversation as well. I listened to my
first podcast ever last week, and I'm hooked…I love it…it's an amazing way to
start your day, to listen while drinking your coffee, while you’re having
lunch, or even during that daily run that you're supposed to be doing.
There's a million different
podcasts out there at this moment, and there's a great variety of themes going around,
you can choose between something more comic, beauty related, about life in
general or even something more political. The thing is…they are such a source
of inspiration, it's amazing how from the first episode it gets you hooked.
Take a look at my favorite
podcasts at the moment…please take in consideration that I've only started
listening to these last week and still haven’t had the time to go through all
of the podcasts that I want to start, but these two are amazing to listen to.

"At Home With..."
podcast is amazing, I've been following both Lily and Anna's work for some time
now and when they started the podcast I was curious but never really gave it a
try. Oh men I was wrong no to do so…it's amazing, they go into their guest's
houses and simply talk about life. The thing is that they have some amazing
guests, I mean from Lisa Eldrigde to Terry De Gunzburg, you have to listen.

"The Heart of It" by Estée Lalonde
This one is such an interesting
podcast, Estée talks about her experiences and point of view regarding
different subjects, like the title says it's all about getting to the heart of
it. It's interesting to listening to her talking about all her experiences and
where she stands regarding some delicate topics. It's very inspiring to listen
to, you will listen about Protesting and Feminism, which are some of my
favorite episodes so far.
